1. Postanowienia ogólne

1. General provisions

Usługodawcą jest osoba fizyczna prowadząca działalność pod marką STRONICA, z siedzibą w Warszawie, Polska. Kontakt: info@stronica.eu, WhatsApp +48 572 913 091.

The service provider is an individual operating under the brand STRONICA, based in Warsaw, Poland. Contact: info@stronica.eu, WhatsApp +48 572 913 091.

Niniejszy Regulamin określa rodzaj, zakres i warunki świadczenia usługi STRONICA Rezerwacje oraz tryb postępowania reklamacyjnego, zgodnie z art. 8 ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.

These Terms set out the type, scope and conditions of the STRONICA Rezerwacje service and the complaints procedure, in accordance with Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Usługa kierowana jest do przedsiębiorców — salonów fryzjerskich, barber shopów, gabinetów kosmetycznych i podobnych działalności usługowych.

The service is addressed to businesses — hair salons, barber shops, beauty studios and similar service businesses.

2. Zakres usługi

2. Scope of the service

W ramach usługi Klient otrzymuje: stronę internetową swojego salonu z systemem rezerwacji online, panel do zarządzania wizytami, automatyczne potwierdzenia e-mail, hosting, certyfikat SSL oraz podpięcie własnej domeny Klienta.

The service includes: a website for the Client's salon with an online booking system, a panel for managing appointments, automatic email confirmations, hosting, an SSL certificate and connection of the Client's own domain.

Liczba rezerwacji nie jest limitowana. Opłata nie zależy od liczby pracowników ani od liczby wizyt. Usługodawca nie pobiera prowizji od rezerwacji.

The number of bookings is not limited. The fee does not depend on the number of staff or the number of appointments. The provider takes no commission from bookings.

W ramach abonamentu Klient ma prawo do jednej aktualizacji treści w każdym okresie rozliczeniowym (zmiana tekstu lub zdjęć, praca do ok. 30 minut). Usługi, ceny, godziny pracy, dni wolne i pracowników Klient zmienia samodzielnie w panelu — nie są to zgłoszenia serwisowe.

Within the subscription the Client is entitled to one content update per billing period (text or photo change, up to approx. 30 minutes of work). Services, prices, opening hours, days off and staff are changed by the Client in the panel — these are not support requests.

3. Czego usługa nie obejmuje

3. What the service does not include

Usługodawca nie prowadzi kampanii SEO, reklam Google, mediów społecznościowych, nie tworzy treści marketingowych ani nie obsługuje sprzedaży i płatności online.

The provider does not run SEO campaigns, Google Ads or social media, does not produce marketing content, and does not handle online sales or payments.

Prace wykraczające poza zakres abonamentu — nowa sekcja lub podstrona, przeprojektowanie, logo, sesja zdjęciowa, teksty, dodatkowy język, integracja z innym systemem — wyceniane są według stawki 150 zł netto za godzinę. Usługodawca podaje szacowany czas przed rozpoczęciem, a prace rozpoczynają się po akceptacji Klienta.

Work beyond the subscription scope — a new section or subpage, redesign, logo, photo session, copywriting, an additional language, integration with another system — is charged at 150 zł net per hour. The provider gives a time estimate beforehand and starts work only after the Client's approval.

4. Wymagania techniczne

4. Technical requirements

Do korzystania z usługi wystarczy urządzenie z dostępem do internetu i aktualna przeglądarka internetowa z włączoną obsługą JavaScript oraz czynne konto poczty elektronicznej.

To use the service you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled, and an active email account.

Klienta obowiązuje zakaz dostarczania treści o charakterze bezprawnym, w szczególności naruszających prawa osób trzecich lub przepisy prawa.

The Client is prohibited from supplying unlawful content, in particular content infringing third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Zawarcie umowy i okres próbny

5. Conclusion of the agreement and trial period

Umowa zostaje zawarta z chwilą uruchomienia systemu dla Klienta, po przesłaniu przez niego formularza zgłoszeniowego i uzgodnieniu zakresu.

The agreement is concluded when the system is launched for the Client, after the Client submits the sign-up form and the scope is agreed.

Pierwsze 90 dni korzystania z usługi jest bezpłatne. W okresie próbnym nie jest wymagana karta płatnicza ani żadne zobowiązanie. W tym czasie salon działa pod adresem w domenie usługodawcy (np. twojsalon.stronica.eu); własna domena Klienta podpinana jest przy przejściu na abonament.

The first 90 days of the service are free of charge. No payment card and no commitment are required during the trial. During this period the salon operates on an address within the provider's domain (e.g. yoursalon.stronica.eu); the Client's own domain is connected when the subscription starts.

Jeżeli po zakończeniu okresu próbnego Klient nie zdecyduje się na abonament, nie ponosi żadnych kosztów, a jego dane rezerwacyjne zostają mu przekazane i usunięte z systemów usługodawcy.

If the Client does not proceed with a subscription after the trial, no costs are incurred; the Client's booking data is handed over and deleted from the provider's systems.

6. Cennik i płatności

6. Pricing and payments

Opłata za uruchomienie usługi wynosi 500 zł netto (jednorazowo). Abonament wynosi 100 zł netto miesięcznie. Wszystkie ceny są cenami netto; do ceny doliczany jest podatek VAT zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.

The setup fee is 500 zł net (one-off). The subscription is 100 zł net per month. All prices are net; VAT is added in accordance with applicable regulations.

Rozliczenie następuje co 3 miesiące — 300 zł netto, albo rocznie z góry — 1 000 zł netto zamiast 1 200 zł. Płatność miesięczna nie jest dostępna.

Billing is every 3 months — 300 zł net, or yearly in advance — 1,000 zł net instead of 1,200 zł. Monthly billing is not available.

Rozliczenia i faktury realizowane są za pośrednictwem platformy Useme sp. z o.o. Faktura wystawiana jest do każdej płatności.

Settlement and invoicing are handled via the Useme sp. z o.o. platform. An invoice is issued for every payment.

Usługodawca może prowadzić akcje promocyjne, w tym zwolnienie z opłaty za uruchomienie dla ograniczonej liczby pierwszych Klientów. Warunki promocji podawane są w chwili zawarcia umowy.

The provider may run promotions, including a waiver of the setup fee for a limited number of first Clients. Promotion terms are stated at the time the agreement is concluded.

7. Domena

7. Domain

Domena Klienta rejestrowana jest na Klienta i pozostaje jego własnością. Koszt domeny (ok. 60–80 zł rocznie) ponosi Klient bezpośrednio u rejestratora.

The Client's domain is registered in the Client's name and remains the Client's property. The domain cost (approx. 60–80 zł per year) is paid by the Client directly to the registrar.

Po zakończeniu współpracy — niezależnie od przyczyny — domena pozostaje przy Kliencie.

After the cooperation ends — regardless of the reason — the domain stays with the Client.

8. Czas reakcji

8. Response time

Zgłoszenia przyjmowane są pocztą elektroniczną na adres info@stronica.eu. Usługodawca odpowiada w ciągu 2 dni roboczych.

Requests are accepted by email at info@stronica.eu. The provider responds within 2 working days.

W przypadku całkowitej niedostępności strony Klienta usługodawca podejmuje działania tego samego dnia roboczego.

If the Client's site is completely unavailable, the provider takes action on the same working day.

9. Brak płatności

9. Non-payment

W razie braku płatności usługodawca wysyła przypomnienie. Po 14 dniach od terminu płatności strona Klienta zostaje wyłączona.

In case of non-payment the provider sends a reminder. 14 days after the due date the Client's site is switched off.

Dane rezerwacyjne przechowywane są przez kolejne 90 dni — po uregulowaniu płatności strona wraca do działania. Po tym terminie dane są przekazywane Klientowi i usuwane z systemów usługodawcy. Domena pozostaje własnością Klienta.

Booking data is kept for a further 90 days — once payment is settled the site returns to operation. After that period the data is handed over to the Client and deleted from the provider's systems. The domain remains the Client's property.

10. Rozwiązanie umowy

10. Termination

Umowa zawierana jest na czas nieokreślony. Nie obowiązuje okres zobowiązania ani opłata za rezygnację.

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. There is no commitment period and no termination fee.

Aby zrezygnować, wystarczy poinformować usługodawcę przed wystawieniem faktury na kolejny okres. Usługa działa do końca opłaconego okresu; opłata za trwający okres nie podlega zwrotowi.

To cancel, it is enough to inform the provider before the invoice for the next period is issued. The service runs until the end of the paid period; the fee for the current period is not refunded.

Przy płatności rocznej usługodawca zwraca niewykorzystane pełne miesiące, rozliczone według stawki kwartalnej (300 zł netto za kwartał).

With yearly payment the provider refunds unused full months, calculated at the quarterly rate (300 zł net per quarter).

Po zakończeniu umowy dane rezerwacyjne są przekazywane Klientowi, a następnie usuwane z systemów usługodawcy.

After the agreement ends, booking data is handed over to the Client and then deleted from the provider's systems.

11. Dane osobowe

11. Personal data

Zasady przetwarzania danych osób odwiedzających stronę stronica.eu opisuje Polityka Prywatności.

The processing of data of visitors to stronica.eu is described in the Privacy Policy.

W zakresie danych klientów salonu (imię, kontakt, historia wizyt) administratorem jest Klient, a usługodawca działa jako podmiot przetwarzający. Podstawą jest odrębna umowa powierzenia przetwarzania danych (DPA), zawierana razem z umową na usługę.

With regard to the salon's own client data (name, contact details, visit history) the Client is the controller and the provider acts as a processor. This is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA), signed together with the service agreement.

Dane są szyfrowane, kopie zapasowe wykonywane są codziennie, a Klient może w każdej chwili zażądać eksportu swoich danych.

Data is encrypted, backups are made daily, and the Client may request an export of their data at any time.

12. Reklamacje

12. Complaints

Reklamacje dotyczące usługi należy zgłaszać pocztą elektroniczną na adres info@stronica.eu, podając nazwę salonu, opis problemu i datę jego wystąpienia.

Complaints regarding the service should be submitted by email to info@stronica.eu, stating the salon name, a description of the problem and the date it occurred.

Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamację i udziela odpowiedzi w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania, na adres e-mail, z którego zgłoszenie zostało wysłane.

The provider examines the complaint and replies within 14 days of receipt, to the email address from which it was sent.

13. Odpowiedzialność

13. Liability

Usługodawca odpowiada za prawidłowe działanie systemu rezerwacji w zakresie zależnym od niego. Usługodawca nie odpowiada za przerwy wynikające z awarii dostawców infrastruktury (Supabase, Vercel, Resend), działania siły wyższej ani z przyczyn leżących po stronie Klienta.

The provider is responsible for the correct operation of the booking system within its own control. The provider is not liable for interruptions caused by infrastructure suppliers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend), force majeure, or reasons attributable to the Client.

Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treści wprowadzone przez Klienta ani za sposób, w jaki Klient obsługuje swoich klientów.

The provider is not liable for content entered by the Client or for how the Client serves its own customers.

14. Zmiany Regulaminu

14. Changes to these Terms

Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn — zmiany prawa, zmiany zakresu usługi lub cennika. O zmianie Klient jest informowany pocztą elektroniczną z 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.

The provider may amend these Terms for valid reasons — changes in law, in the scope of the service or in pricing. The Client is notified by email 30 days in advance.

Jeżeli Klient nie akceptuje zmian, może rozwiązać umowę przed ich wejściem w życie, bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat.

If the Client does not accept the changes, they may terminate the agreement before the changes take effect, with no additional charges.

15. Postanowienia końcowe

15. Final provisions

W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.

Regulamin sporządzono w wersji polskiej i angielskiej. W razie rozbieżności wiążąca jest wersja polska.

These Terms are drawn up in Polish and English. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
